Our types of work
First clearly separate work: content, support, and product experience are viewed separately, so information does not mix on the hgnice Platform.
Then Dhaka-based users' habits are kept in mind; bKash, Nagad, and Rocket users generally want quick results, so menus, screens, and language are kept simple.
Finally, daily tests run to maintain 99.1% uptime from 2019 to now, with the team making small improvements, and 211K+ active users' habits drive that change.
- The speed of 369+ features and titles is viewed separately
- User opinions are read from 7,516 reviews.
- Language is kept easy for Bangladeshi users

Four team roles
Product planner
Decide the order of new parts; the goal is for the screen to be immediately understandable.
Content editor
Keep Bengali natural, considering readers from Dhaka and other cities across the country.
Support coordinator
When questions arise, provide quick answers; also review common questions about bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Quality checker
Check links, screens, and instructions; if any mistakes, fix them before publishing carefully.
These four roles build trust in hgnice; what people seek on the hgnice Platform ultimately guides the team's work.

More about the team
Team communication is kept simple; a new member is shown the main flow within the first 2 days to prevent work stoppage.
Consider Dhaka-external users too; on slow networks, small changes help screens load quickly, so mobile experience is viewed separately.
Here, the hgnice App, hgnice Login, and hgnice Platform are understood together; the ultimate goal is for users to easily find their path.
